About Me
I have more than twenty years of experience in the fields of social services, mental health, and psychology. I have been specifically researching, reading, and writing about ADHD and Autism since 2017.
I am neurodivergent (twice exceptional, ADHD, Autistic) and so is my son. I work as an advocate, neurodiversity-affirming coach, and offer individual support to neurodivergent (ND) people and parents of ND kids.

January 2024 update: I have returned to school to upgrade my psychology degree and pursue a Masters in Rhetoric & Communications. As a result, you may see a shift in the content of my writing as I focus more on social and political issues.
I promise to continue providing neurodiversity (AuDHD), parenting, and education content as well, and much of the social and political commentary will also be related to advocacy and self-advocacy for the disability and neurodiversity communities.
I hope you enjoy!
