What is Brown Noise?
Brown noise is at the low end of human hearing frequency and includes powerful sounds like waterfalls.
Brown noise emphasizes bass notes and almost completely eliminates high frequencies. Natural brown noises are roaring river rapids, heavy rainfall, and rumbling thunder.
Some find brown noise more effective than white noise for helping with things like:
I love brown noise.
I love deep, powerful sounds, especially in music. The sounds you can feel in your chest.
I find it very relaxing and also very stimmy.
